I have been blessed with a son who has been healed of two brain tumors PRAISE GOD he is over 8 years cancer free! He has attended a Christian school his whole life and with me being self-employed my insurance costs are approximately $835 per month for the two of us and that is with a $3 000 deductible. This grant would be a blessing for someone who is scraping to get by. considering private school tuition and insurance costs I would need to make nearly $30 000 per year before taxes to be able to cover just those two expenses and that doesn’t count my business and personal expenses. I hope the state will grant SAFE Grants as I’m certain this will be a blessing to many of the parents struggling to provide their children with what we deem is the best education.
