“My wife and I are currently at our financial maximum output mainly because of the economic slowdown and my real estate business being put on pause for my children’s safety.
When we moved to the this area we choose to live by a school that was highly rated and would give my daughter the absolute best opportunity to succeed.
Right now we are proud to say that our daughter is a Duke TIP student. However, with the uncertainty of the economy and the tuition costs going up this year into middle school we may have to make major sacrifices to continue to support my child’s growth as a future leader in South Carolina.
This grant would help a family like ours and I’m sure many others from giving our children at least one great thing during Covid-19. I’m grateful for a Governor that understands the value of a great education.”
