I am a single father with primary custody of my 3 children! I make a modest income and spend just about every dollar I make to send them to the best school available in my county! When COVID 19 hit this year, I was hit with the burden of paying for daycare as well as monthly tuition for my kids school when school was shut down! I went two weeks with out childcare and since that moment I have become financially busted and have been forced to file bankruptcy! I simply cannot afford to send my kids back to the school they love, and has had huge impacts on all of them academically, as well as socially. My kids just are not old enough to understand! This grant would give me the ability to push through until the pandemic is over! I have worked hard my entire life to give my children the right tools to be successful when they become adults!
