M.B.’s Story

A SAFE Grant would help both of our children attending private school. We have one child who excels in many subject areas and has always shown a love of learning since a young age. We have another who is very bright and loves school, but thrives in a smaller classroom setting. He does have an IEP for a speech impairment, but has grown so much since attending school. The smaller class setting offers a great opportunity for him to work towards improving his speech. The grant would allow our kids a good education without the worries of financial burdens. Please consider approving such a grant as this for kids like ours who so desperately look forward to a fun year of learning and parents who are excited about the many opportunities ahead for them in their future to be the best they can be with the state of South Carolina.
