My children go to a small private Christian school that they have attended their entire lives. The school staff and teachers are like family members to my children. They are caring and supportive. It is a safe learning environment where my children not only learn academics but also about love and respect. Finding myself as a newly single, working mother in addition to dealing with the effects of the pandemic, I do not know how I will be able to afford to send my children to their school this school year. When I found out about the grant I was so relieved and hopeful that they would still be able to attend. This grant could make a world of difference in their lives by keeping them in the only school they have ever known.
