We lived in a nice neighborhood but wanted more for our kids and their education. We found land & sold our house and took what was left. My husband built our current house with his own hands so that we could have a smaller mortgage in order to be able to afford to send our children to private school. We did it! Theyve been going for 3 years and they absolutely love their teachers and everything our little country private school stands for. My husband and I own a custom cabinet shop. Covid knocked the wind out of our sails. Virtual learning is not an option for us. We go and pay the tuition (that we now can not afford) or homeschool. My daughter is showing signs of depression bc she cannot be in the classroom this year. This grant would allow our children to go back to classroom learning while we try to rebuild our family business.
