My son has a liver condition that disallows him to go to regular school. The private school that we work with helps us to get through all of his absences and he would probably have failed many times over without their help. I have six children who I am supporting along with mounting bills and my job has been nearly completely tanked. Without assistance my son will not be able to keep up with his classes and I can’t possibly work and homeschool while going to doctors and hospitals and take care of the other five children I have. It is not a privilege for some. It is the only way to survive.
