D.G.’s Story

I am a single mother of 1 small boy and work a full time job. It is hard for me to afford daycare while my child is not in school on top of managing bills. With public schools only being open a certain amount of time during the day it makes it hard for me to work my 8 hour shifts while having to keep up with the new schedule for my child’s school. This grant would allow me to let my son go into a private school for the time being and still be able to manage my job and know that he is getting the one on one learning that he deserves. Thank you!
