I work full time for the state of South Carolina. My husband is an essential employee. Our local school district is only offering online studies for our two children for the first 9 weeks. Internet is very limited in our rural community making virtual learning nearly impossible. We do not financially qualify for the hot spots grant, being just barely over the limit. This grant will give us an educational option allowing both of us to return to work full time!
