My husband and I are currently unemployed. We have a exceptional needs student that would benefit from the in person daily instruction and small class size that is possible at a private school in my community. This grant will relieve some of the financial burden to pay for school during these uncertain times. My son would have to attend Greenville county schools without financial support. Greenville County school is not offering in person until they believe it is safe to do so. The possibility of five days of instruction may not be possible our state/city’s COVID-19 infection rate. My son needs in-person instruction daily.
